Lincoln Street - Modal Filter

A modal filter opposite Lincoln Gardens, next to the turning area. The measure will help to stop through traffic between Church Road (A420) and St Philips Causeway (A4320). People cycling travel through the middle in a shared area. The space created provides opportunity for public realm improvements such as seating and tree planting. Vehicles would not be able to pass through this point, but can still access the area by alternative routes.
