Kingsmarsh Way - Modal Filter

A modal filter opposite the entrance to Kingsmarsh House. The measure would help to stop through traffic between Croydon Street (A420) and St Philips Causeway (A4320). Vehicles would not be able to pass through this point, but can still access the area by alternative routes. Car parking at Kingsmarsh House would remain accessible.
