Great Western Lane - Modal Filter

A modal filter south of the junction of Cotton Mill Lane, approximately halfway down Great Western Lane. The measure would help to stop through traffic between Feeder Road, Church Road (A420) and St Philips Marsh (A4320). The measure will also help improve walking and cycling along the Rivon Avon Trail. Vehicles would be unable to pass through this point, but can still access the area by alternative routes.
