Beaufort Road middle - Modal Filter

A modal filter on Beaufort Road, west of the junction with Northcote Road. This will help stop through traffic on Beaufort Road gaining access to Church Road (A420) and Summerhill Road (A431). People can still access the area by car using alternative routes, but would not be able to pass through this point. People cycling will travel in the middle of the filter.
